The parcels will be picked up by DHL every Monday and Thursday. The delivery time after the pick up is between 2-7 working days.

 

 

Europe and Switzerland

 

Shipping costs: 9.90 Euros.

The parcels will be picked up by DHL everyMonday and Thursday. The delivery time after the pick up is between 5-9 days.

Return

 

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt and return at your own cost.

As we are a small shop, sale items can not be returned.

Please send us an e-mail first to kawita@cottonballon.com with your order number and contact details.

After receiving our confirmation, please return the unused and unwashed items in their original packaging within 14 days.

 

You bear the cost of returning the goods.
